Case study
The project aimed to bring together the State’s maritime services in Guadeloupe — the Directorate of Maritime Affairs, the Maritime Gendarmerie, and the Customs Department’s nautical brigades and coast guards — within a single, functional building serving as a true interagency hub dedicated to maritime operations.
